Panasonic Eluga Arc 2 is a very nice budget smartphone with exciting new features. It is designed to look decent and simple. This is a 4G VoLTE enabled smartphone. Let’s see how this quad-core processor smartphone is gonna perform in this review.
The design of Panasonic Eluga Arc 2 looks interesting as well as beautiful with the 2.5D curved glass on both sides with the round body. The phone is white in color but the side metal frame is available in two color variants. This is one of the better-looking phones in the Eluga series. It is feeling slightly slippery in the hands. This is a unibody design.
The sim tray comes on the left edge of the phone. This phone has a 5-inch display. It has thin bezels on the sides. Front there is a camera on the top panel of the mobile. At the back, there is a primary camera. The charging slot at the bottom and the 3.5mm headphone jack at the top. There is branding on the front side of the device on the bottom panel. Coming to the back side there is the branding below the camera, the camera looks rounded and is cornered. LED flash is available.
The stereo speakers are present at the bottom. The volume button and the power button comes on the right side of the smartphone. Available in gold and rose gold colors. The three capacitive buttons are present on the lower panel. The dimensions of the design are 14.4 x 7.2 x 76cm and weight of the device is 147grams.
Panasonic Eluga Arc 2 comes with a 5-inch display HD IPS LCD display giving around 16M colors. It is packed with 720 x 1280 pixel resolution. It is a multi-touch capacitive screen. This is a 2.5D curved display.
The display looks sharp enough. Even the colors look vivid. Brightness is not great. The screen is quite reflective. And you might have issues using this phone in the direct sunlight.

Panasonic Eluga Arc 2 is running on Android v6.0 Marshmallow. The design is good and easy to hold. The call quality of the device is very good. I have not faced any lag on this phone. The UI does feel snappy. The configuration provided is perfect for smooth performance. Out of 32 GB, internal storage 24 GB is free.
The device comes with a lot of third party apps like Amazon, Flipkart. The keypad is very good and nice to type. The graphic quality is very good. It also handles some games like Asphalt 8 and Dead Trigger. The web browser is pretty responsive. The battery sounds average and not enough for this smartphone.
On the back, it comes with an 8Mp camera and a front 5MP camera. The shutter speed is just average. The 8MP snapper is not too great but it takes pretty decent photos. The details are ok. Outdoor photos are very good capturing natural colors. The front camera is very good for capturing awesome selfies.
Panasonic Eluga Arc 2 is a very good device performing. But at 12K it is missing a fingerprint sensor which is quite common and this makes it not the best smartphone in this price segment. The design looks very premium while comparing to range phones. It is available at a price range of Rs 12000/-@ Flipkart which is very affordable.
