The phone runs on color OS 3.0 which is nice and smooth. A lot of customizations are available. You will find the usual drop down toggle here. It has two slides one is for notifications and other is for quick settings. I have installed huge apps while doing the review, and Out of the 4GB RAM still there is around 1.5GB RAM space. The device is snappy. The fingerprint sensor is accurate and fast to unlock. The speaker is loud and clear. Even it has a single speaker the volumes are sufficiently high and particularly there is no problem with it.
It can handle high graphic intensive games like modern combat and Unkilled, it runs the games smoothly and there are no frame droppings even played in high resolution. But the speaker at the bottom irritates you when you covered it accidentally while playing games. I have already done a full video on the gaming so please watch it for detailed review. The phone warms up some time but there is no heating issue. The front camera performance is good and packs some interesting features. The rear camera works well in bright lighting conditions rather than the low light. You can also find our exclusive video on camera performance. Overall it has an above average camera. The battery life is incredible and stays for longer periods.
Running the benchmarks. The AnTuTu score is 51845 which is par to Meizu MX 6. The graphics are also virtuous with a Nenamark v2.4 score of 61 fps. The Geek benchmark score is 741 on single core and 2720 on multi-core which is also perfect.
